Freedeo and Volfoni announced that they have agreed to form a new worldwide strategic alliance. The principal focus of this alliance will be on technology, with a strong collaboration in areas such as:Research in new breakthrough technologies with unique IP (Intellectual Property); Development of next generation of “high performance” products and systems; and Reinforcement of manufacturing structures both in Europe and China.

As a direct and immediate consequence, the two companies have agreed to fully dismiss all their pending legal litigation in China.

Freedeo and Volfoni believe this event will become a new landmark in the industry. This alliance will also enhance each company’s market position, and accelerate the penetration of both companies in the cinema 3D market both in China and the rest of the world.
